Produce an 8 page booklet, promotional badges and a t-shirt design promoting the exhibition.
I actually misread the brief for this project, so I had the understanding that we couldn’t use any stock images or existing brand photography or imagery. This gave me a bit more of a challenge when it came to designing something that still conveyed the already existing theme of the brand, without using the instantly recognisable symbols. I decided to do this by using patterns, colours and more general symbols that relate to the brands aesthetic and I think it worked out well in the end. The booklet features continuous line illustrations that look like they have been sewn onto the page using a needle and thread. I like this extra detail as it looks interesting but also makes the illustrations relate to the fashion industry.
