My idea behind the design for this project was to create a piece of communication that could be used in the event of first contact with alien life. The project also required postcards and a poster to be made in order to promote this. My method with this project was to reflect on the vastness of space and humanity’s place in it. With my projects being called ‘Hello It’s Humanity’, I wanted to present a peaceful nature and focused on a minimal layout with strong blues forming a backdrop of a textured night sky and celestial bodies of planets, galaxies and comets flying through.
